In 1993, my husband and I moved to Colorado.? In 1994, I convinced my husband he and I would do well in the mortgage business.? I learned?so much about the industry while in CA.? My husband spent many years in commercial lending, so it would be natural for him.? So we began, admittedly fearful, and enjoyed a very successful business.? Once again, the clients were the best.? Each of us wanted to make sure we did our jobs, so our clients' dreams of owning a home would come true.??
In 2004, my husband?wanted to retire, so we left CO and? moved to Western North Carolina.? Didn't know anyone.? But the weather suited us, so we sold and moved East.? I began the process of earning my NC real estate license and returned to real estate sales in 2005.? The local banker recommended Century 21.? Whether it is 1993, 2004 or 2025, this is a magical business.? Because of the people we get to help.??
